The Shelton City Commission is expect to take action on an interlocal agreement with Mason County Fire District Five tonight. This interim agreement allows the Fire District to provide the City with Fire and Emergency Medical Services while the two entities complete the process of annexing the City into the Fire District. The City Commission meets at six tonight in the courtroom at the Shelton Civic Center. Other items on the Commission's draft agenda include a proclamation for Amateur Radio Week, an intergovernmental agreement for the Regional Satellite Water Reclamation Plant Construction project, a consulting contract for the Satellite Plant's construction and a Public Works Trust Fund pre-construction loan for upgrades to the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant. Again, the Shelton City Commission meets at six tonight in the courtroom at the Civic Center.
